Mohsin Ahmed Siddiqui is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in Technology and Operations Project Management for the Banking & Finance and Insurance domains. He is currently working as a Project Manager at a confidential Product based Asset Management/Wealth Management MNC, where he is responsible for Capital Market, M&A, Business Development, Client Management, and Digital Transformation LOB. Mohsin is an ITIL certified expert who executes and manages projects using the SDLC methodology. He is a Subject Matter Expert in Global Banking system functionality and has managed systems. He has executed and been involved in several risk assessment activities, including SOX audits, DR and BCP execution, DC assessment, backup and network assessment activities for audit requirements, and vendor audit management. In his current role, Mohsin leads a team of 20 people, including developers/custom engineer implementation teams. He is responsible for motivating and inspiring implementation consultants and client representatives to deliver project tasks on time. He conducts reviews for scope and pricing before implementation projects get started, schedules project tasks and events for BFSI clients, and conducts implementation-planning workshops with internal and external stakeholders. Mohsin has previously worked as a Digital Transformation Program Manager and Project Manager at TCS, where he led a team of 200 members on an IT operations project related to banking clients such as Investors & Treasury services of NCB Capital and Samba Financial Services in Saudi Arabia and Investors & Treasury services in Luxembourg. He was involved in project migration and transition activities, application onboarding procedures, and migrating and incorporating business-required report matching applications as part of an enhanced project scope. Mohsin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College and a Master's degree in Commerce & Banking Management from Madurai Kamaraj University.
